General Terms and Conditions

2. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) set out the terms of use for the services provided by Fazekas Company Ltd.

By requesting a quote, placing an order, entering into a contract, or using the website, the Client accepts these GTC automatically.

3. Services

Fazekas Company Ltd. offers surface cleaning services for both business and private clients. The type, pricing, and details of the services are always determined individually through consultation and written quotation.

Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Cleaning of stone, metal, wood, and decorative plaster surfaces

  • Graffiti removal

  • Surface impregnation

  • Facade, pavement, and concrete surface cleaning

  • Treatment of other architectural and industrial surfaces

4. Order Process

  • Initial contact: via phone, email, or website

  • Quotation: based on the information provided, sent by email

  • Order confirmation: the order becomes final upon written confirmation

  • Service delivery: carried out at the agreed location, time, and terms

  • Invoicing & payment: invoice is issued after service completion

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices are always based on individual quotations.
Payment options:

  • Advance payment (partial or full) by bank transfer

  • Payment by bank transfer after on-site service, based on the issued invoice

Payment deadline: 8 calendar days unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur default interest in accordance with the Hungarian Civil Code.

6. Withdrawal and Cancellation

For private consumers:
Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of placing the order, provided the service has not yet started, in accordance with Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.).

For business clients:
Withdrawal or cancellation is only possible based on an individual agreement, in writing. In case of cancellation, the Service Provider may charge incurred costs.

7. Performance, Defects, Liability

The Service Provider performs its work with due care and in line with professional standards. The Client must provide the necessary conditions for the work (e.g. electricity, water, access).

The Client is obliged to inspect the completed service after execution. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 48 hours.

The Service Provider is not liable for:

  • Risks arising from site conditions if not previously communicated

  • Force majeure (e.g. weather, technical issues, traffic disruptions)

8. Data Protection

Personal data provided during service use are processed according to the Privacy Policy.
Cookie and third-party tracking tools are detailed in the Cookie Policy.

9. Copyright

All quotations, images, references, and texts created by Fazekas Company Ltd. are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Final Provisions

These GTC are available and downloadable at www.fazekascompany.hu. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify the GTC. Clients will be informed via the website in due time.

Hungarian law shall govern these GTC. In case of disputes, the parties shall submit to the competent court with jurisdiction.
