Steel sheets in Buda Castle

As part of ongoing technical renovation works in the Buda Castle area, we carried out the cleaning and homogenization of specially textured, ribbed steel plates. The surfaces were heavily contaminated with old paint residues, bituminous materials, dust, and various industrial deposits.

We used a multi-phase abrasive blasting process, which allowed for the gradual removal of each contaminant layer without damaging the embossed texture of the metal. The objective was to restore the plates to their original appearance while preserving their structural and aesthetic integrity.
